Pleasant Ridge Estates is an upscale covenant regulated gated community in
Belle Chasse, Louisiana. The 85 lot subdivision is located approximately 10.5 miles from downtown New Orleans,
in the Parish of Plaquemines.
Pleasant Ridge Estates provides an excellent family environment with limited access
and private streets maintained by the Homeowners Association. The annual homeowners dues are among the lowest
in the area for comparable gated communities.
Pleasant Ridge Estates is close to excellent public, parochial and private schools,
community parks, churches, hospitals, country clubs, and a variety of shopping
and entertainment venues.
Pleasant Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Louisiana. All property owners in subdivision are members of the Association. The
Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the eligible voting members. The Board of Directors
elects the officers who manage the day to day affairs of the organization. The Board also appoints the chairman of the
Architectual Review Committee.
The Board of Directors meets bi-monthly beginning in January, and/or more frequently if
necessay.
